We met as global executive team colleagues at Save the Children International. Chet served as Chief People Officer and championed a frontline leadership culture, and Bidjan led its implementation for thousands of program experts across the globe.
Our passion for serving frontline leaders comes from working with them in Myanmar, Somalia, Iraq, and many other crisis situations, as well as with the formerly homeless Starbucks barista who felt dignity again serving people. Their experience and their stories matter to us, and we care for them deeply.
Meet the team
Chet Kuchinad
Chet has several decades of senior executive level HR experience at various sectors like retail, consumer products, private equity, working with brands like Nike, Starbucks and McDonald's. He led the transformation of frontline leadership development at Save the Children International. Chet currently serves on the board of Jerónimo Martins, a €30 billion international retail company based out of Portugal.
